Advanced and Stable Wastewater Treatment
source control, quality diversion, separate collection, centralised treatment, recycling, discharge to standards
The park implements source control, categorized collection, and quality-specific separation of wastewater generated by tenant enterprises. Using a combination of processes—including physicochemical treatment, biochemical treatment, ion exchange, dual-membrane filtration, advanced oxidation, and low-temperature concentration—the park achieves stable and high-standard wastewater treatment compliance. Through wastewater reuse technology, over 60% of the treated wastewater is recycled, with the remainder meeting discharge standards. Sludge generated during the wastewater treatment process undergoes reduction, resource recovery, and harmless disposal.
Underground Utility Corridor
Utility tunnel
Three-dimensional layout, visibility and control, quality and triage
The group has independently developed an innovative underground utility corridor(China's first to introduce the underground utility tunnel concept into park construction, with national patents), which has been constructed and implemented to high standards across its industrial parks. This corridor integrates water supply and drainage, firefighting, and waste heat utilization functions. It uses a wastewater collection network to strictly classify, collect, and transport 18 types of wastewater to the central treatment facility, creating a "green artery" that serves as the backbone of safety and environmental protection within the park. The corridor is also equipped with ventilation, lighting, maintenance, and security systems, along with various sensors (such as smoke, temperature and humidity, toxic gas, and water immersion sensors). Using intelligent inspection robots, it enables 24-hour monitoring of temperature, humidity, smoke, and pipeline conditions within the corridor. Data is transmitted in real-time to an intelligent management platform, facilitating dynamic monitoring, early warning and prevention, and coordinated response for comprehensive safety management.
