Kimou (Central China) Surface Treatment Recycling Eco-Industrial Park is located in the National Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. As a new engine driving urban development, Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone serves as the core area for Jingzhou to undertake industrial relocation and the key battlefield for Hubei Province to implement the "Waist-Strengthening Project". It has now formed industrial clusters covering auto parts, shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic information, green chemicals, new energy and new materials.

The park covers planned land of 650,000 ㎡ with total planned building area of 1,100,000 ㎡, and designed wastewater treatment capacity of 27,000 tons/day. Developed in four phases, Phase I is fully completed. It has 18 workshops (custom-built included), with built area of 172,000 ㎡, plus supporting facilities: wastewater treatment center, risk control center, testing center, thermal power center and 110kV power center.
Upon full completion, the park will accommodate around 200 enterprises in military industry, aerospace, aviation, high-speed rail, auto, electronics, hardware, new materials and resource recycling. It supports processes such as gold plating, silver plating, copper plating, nickel plating, tin plating, zinc plating, deplating, electrophoresis, anodizing and PCB treatment.
Positioned as a multi-billion-yuan green circular industrial hub focusing on surface treatment, new materials and heavy metal recycling, the Park will strengthen, supplement and extend industrial chains in Hubei and Central China. It serves as a core supporting base for advanced manufacturing, boosting regional high-quality economic development and ecological protection along the Yangtze River Basin.
