Kimou (East China) Surface Treatment Circular Eco-Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Kimou Environmental Holding Limited, and is the fifth surface treatment industrial park under the Group. It is located in Binjiang Town, Taixing City, and is also part of Taixing Economic Development Zone. 

The park covers a planned land area of approximately 560,000 m², with a total gross floor area of about 860,000 m² and a designed wastewater-treatment capacity of 20,000 tonnes per day. Development is being carried out in three phases. Phase I and the first stage of Phase II have been completed, delivering roughly 300,000 m² of high-specification standard workshops and approximately 30,000 m² of custom-built facilities. The first-stage workshops of Phase II were handed over and brought online progressively in the first half of 2025; construction on the second-stage workshops began in the second half of 2025 and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.

After full completion and operation, the park is expected to host around 200 surface-finishing enterprises serving the automotive, shipbuilding, electronic-information, machinery-equipment, new-energy and hardware sectors, covering plating types such as zinc, nickel, gold, silver and cadmium.

The park will adhere to the concept of ecological priority and green development, and strive to build a surface treatment demonstration park in East China with advanced technology, resource conservation, recycling efficiency and good ecology. The park will leverage on the geographical centre of the Yangtze River Delta, which connects the north and south, the inland and the river and the sea, to help transform and upgrade the surface treatment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and even in East China, and to facilitate the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of the industry.
