Located at Longxi Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, Kimou (Huizhou) Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park is an industrial park established under the instructions of the “Decision on Strengthening the Comprehensive Improvement of the Pearl River” jointly promulgated by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Government of Guangdong Province and in accordance with the requirements of the “Opinions on the Implementation of Unified Project Distribution at Designated Locations in the Guangdong Electroplating Industry” issued by the former Environmental Protection Bureau of Guangdong Province, taking into account the actual conditions of the surface treatment industry in Huizhou City and for the purpose of promoting the regional environment comprehensive remediation of surface treatment industry in Huizhou City. In 2006, Huizhou Park was granted approval on environmental assessment from the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province (formerly known as the Environmental Protection of Guangdong Province). It officially commenced operation in 2007.

Located at the Aviation Industrial Park of Zhongwang Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin, Kimou (Tianjin) Surface Treatment Recycling Economy is affiliated to the National Ziya Economic and Technological Development Zone and is deployed generally in accordance with the National Twelfth Five-Year Development Plan to undertake the industrial restructuring of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the migration of environmental protection enterprises in the region. As the important centralised industrial processing area for metal (non-metal) surface treatment in Tianjin, Tianjin Park is an important supporting site for developing international high-end industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Kimou(Central China) Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park is located at the Jingzhou (State Level) Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province. It is a new driver for urban development, which has become the core area to undertake industrial migration in Jingzhou City, and is known as the main arena of “Jingzhou Development Plan” in Hubei Province. At present, it attracts a number of industrial clusters, including auto parts, shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic information, green chemicals, new energy and new materials.

Located at the core area of Qingshen Economy Development Zone in Mishan City, Sichuan Province, Kimou (Southwest China Qingshen) Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park , the fourth surface treatment park invested and constructed by Kimou Environmental, is established under the instructions of the China Western Development in the Thirteenth Five-Year Development Plan and the Guidance of the Industries Shift to the Central and West Regions, as well as the normative documents of the Opinions on Further Regulating Electroplating Industry issued by Department of General Office of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, taking into account the actual conditions of the surface treatment industry in Sichuan Province, to enhance the environment comprehensive remediation and for the purpose of facilitating the local economic development and ecological environmental protection.

Kimou (East China) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Kimou Environmental Holding Limited, and is the fifth surface treatment industrial park under the Group. It is located in Binjiang Town, Taixing City, and is also part of Taixing Economic Development Zone.

The park carries out source control, classification and collection, quality separation and diversion of wastewater generated by the enterprises in the park, and adopts a combination of physical and chemical treatment, biochemical treatment, ion exchange, double membrane treatment, deep oxidation, low-temperature concentration and other processes to achieve a high standard of stable and standardised treatment of wastewater from heavy metals.Wastewater reuse technology can make more than 60 per cent of the wastewater recycling, and the rest is discharged according to standards.And the sludge produced in the process of wastewater treatment is reduced, resourced and harmlessly disposed of.
