Located at Longxi Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, Kimou (Huizhou) Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park is an industrial park established under the instructions of the “Decision on Strengthening the Comprehensive Improvement of the Pearl River” jointly promulgated by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Government of Guangdong Province and in accordance with the requirements of the “Opinions on the Implementation of Unified Project Distribution at Designated Locations in the Guangdong Electroplating Industry” issued by the former Environmental Protection Bureau of Guangdong Province, taking into account the actual conditions of the surface treatment industry in Huizhou City and for the purpose of promoting the regional environment comprehensive remediation of surface treatment industry in Huizhou City. In 2006, Huizhou Park was granted approval on environmental assessment from the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province (formerly known as the Environmental Protection of Guangdong Province). It officially commenced operation in 2007.

The planned site area and gross floor area of Huizhou Park is of approximately 450,000 m2, and its wastewater treatment capacity is of 15,000 tonnes per day. Huizhou Park serves in Huizhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen and other surrounding areas, and houses more than 120 surface treatment enterprises whose investors come from various countries and regions including Japan, Germany, South Korea, Hong Kong and Italy, and engage in military, aerospace, aviation, high-speed rail, automobile, electronics and metal industry.

Huizhou Jinzefeng Trading Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jinya Technology Co., Ltd., operating in Huizhou Park, provide raw material sales and distribution services and third-party environmental testing services for the enterprises in the park, respectively.

Huizhou Park takes responsibility of ecological environmental protection and strongly advocates green production for enterprises engaging in surface treatment industry. Wastewater, exhaust gas and solid waste produced by the enterprises in the park during the production process are under unified management and centralized treatment. Also, such wastes will be recycled. The process strictly complies with the environmental protection requirements and standards under regulatory and standardized management. As a result, we improve the regional environmental quality and contribute to local economic growth and environmental protection.
