Kimou(Central China) Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park is located at the Jingzhou (State Level) Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province. It is a new driver for urban development, which has become the core area to undertake industrial migration in Jingzhou City, and is known as the main arena of “Jingzhou Development Plan” in Hubei Province. At present, it attracts a number of industrial clusters, including auto parts, shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic information, green chemicals, new energy and new materials. 

The planned site area and a gross floor area of Jingzhou Park are of approximately 650,000 m2 and approximately 1.1 million m2, respectively, and its planned wastewater treatment capacity is of 27,000 tonnes per day. Jingzhou Park is planned to be constructed in four phases. It is anticipated that the park would accommodate approximately 200 surface treatment enterprises from military, aerospace, aviation, high-speed rail, automobile, electronics and metal industry. The construction of first phase has been completed. There are 12 factories and ancillary facilities with area of approximately 140,000 m2, including wastewater treatment centre, risk control centre, testing centre and thermal energy centre.
