· Responsible for strategic planning, major business decisions and overall management of the Group
· Over 17 years of experience in construction and operation of electroplating industrial parks in China
· Set up Boluo Jinchang Trading Company Limited in 2001
· Set up Huizhou Kimou industrial investment co.,ltd. in 2005
· Set up Huizhou Infrastructure Construction Company Longxi Branch in 2005
· Named “Outstanding Entrepreneur of Guangdong Environmental Protection Industry” in 2016 by the Guangdong Association of Environmental Protection Industry
Mr. Huang Qiyang
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
· Responsible for strategic planning and managing daily operation of the Group
· Responsible for strategic planning and managing daily operation of the Group.
Obtained a bachelor’s degree of science from the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign in 2014.
Obtained a master’s degree of science from Yale University in 2015.
Obtained a joint doctoral degree in engineering from Tsinghua University and the University of California, Berkeley in 2019.
· Currently serving concurrently external supervisor at Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School. Participated in seven national level special projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology.Engaged in long-term research work in the field of industrial internet, energy conservation and environmental protection, and
environmental sensing.
· Recognized with honors such as “Forbes 30 Under 30" and the Shenzhen Overseas High-level Talents.
· Served as a member of the 12th Guangdong Youth Federation and the 9th Tianhe District Political Consultative Conference in Guangzhou.
Mr. Lee Kin Ming
Executive Director
·Responsible for banking relationship and human resources planning

·Over 20 years of experience in overall business management
Mr. Huang Shaobo
Executive Director
· Responsible for financial planning and corporate development of the Group
· Over 25 years of experience in accounting, asset appraisal, and merger and acquisition advisory
· Accredited a certified public accountant by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2001 and a certified appraiser by the Chinese Appraisal Society in 1997
Mr.Cheung Ka Tsun
Executive Director
· Responsible for managing the Group's engineering materials procurement business
· Obtained a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from RMIT University in Australia in July 2021.
· Previously held positions as the Secretary to the CEO of the Group, Assistant to the General Manager of Jiangsu Jinmao Chengxing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, and worked at Jingjin Equipment Inc.

Mr. Kan Chung Nin, Tony
· Received his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of London in 1979
· Started practicing as a solicitor in Hong Kong in March 1982
· He founded Tony Kan & Co., Solicitors & Notaries in March 1984 and has been senior consultant of the firm since April 2014
· A Justice of the Peace since July 2003
· A member of the election committee of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administration Region since December 2011
· Currently a committee member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, director of the China Overseas Friendship Association and vice president of the Guangdong Overseas Friendship Association
· Received the Silver Bauhinia Star from the government of Hong Kong
Mr. Li Xiaoyan
· Obtained bachelor’s and master’s degree in environmental engineering from Tsinghua University in China in 1986 and 1990 respectively.
· Obtained a PhD degree from the University of Arizona in 1996
· Received the Outstanding Young Overseas Researcher Award from the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2004
· A professor at the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Hong Kong since July 2009
· Received First-Class Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award (Science & Technology) in 2012 from the Ministry of Education of the PRC
· Received the State Natural Science Award – Second Class in 2014
· A professor at the Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute, Tsinghua University, since July 2018. He is an expert in solid-liquid separation, membrane filtration and nanotechnology for advanced water and wastewater treatment and resources recovery from wastewater
Mr.Liu Da
·Graduated from the University of International business and Economics with a major in international business administration and obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics.
·Member of the Chinese Institite of Certified Public Accountants.
·Services to a number of global top 500 enterprises and overseas listed Chinese companies
