This year, 9th November is the 30th "National Fire Safety Publicity and Education Day". To test and improve the fire emergency response and coordination capabilities of various functions in the parks to deal with emergencies and risks, to raise the fire safety awareness and (self) rescue skills of all employees, and to build the safety base of the parks, Kimou (Huizhou) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park (hereinafter the “Huizhou Park”) and Kimou (Tianjin) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park (hereinafter the “Tianjin Park”) of Kimou Environ Group organized and carried out activities with a theme of "119" National Firefighting Day on 9 November respectively.

Uehara Nameplate (Hui Zhou) Co., Ltd, a joint industrial park enterprise of Huizhou Park, carried out a comprehensive emergency drill for production safety accidents. The person in charge of the Park and representatives from various enterprises came to the scene to study and over 250 employees took part in the drill. During the drill, each project team member has a clear division of labor, and each performs its own duties, completing a series of procedures such as "safety alert, personnel evacuation, professional firefighting, rescue of the injured, environment monitoring, and emergency water sources". The drill on the site is tense and in order, and the handling is decisive and smooth, achieving the pre-determined goals of the drill.

In the form of a team competition, the Tianjin Park carried out the "Implementation of Firefighting Responsibilities and Prevention of Safety Risks" firefighting simulation. More than 60 representatives of employees from the Park and various enterprises participated in the simulation which consists of three competition items including firefighting gear race, a race for application of fire extinguishing equipment and an emergency rescue of the injured. Focusing on heightening the awareness of fire safety precautions for all employees, fire safety covers every corner of the Park and thus ensures safe production in the Park.

Each of its parks under Kimou Environ Group also take the "119" fire safety publicity month as an opportunity to strengthen fire safety management and fire prevention mechanism in the parks on an ongoing basis, creating a good atmosphere where everyone pays attention to and participates in fire prevention, ensuring the maintenance of safe production in the parks, in turn facilitating sound and sustainable development of enterprises in the parks.
