From 14 to 16 April, the “2021 (Second) Military Equipment Surface Treatment Technology Forum” co-hosted by China Association of Plant Engineering Coating Industry Development Promotion Center, Surface Treatment Technology Committee, State-owned Sida Machinery Manufacturing Company, the 11th Institute of CSSC and Nuclear Power Institute of China and co-organized by Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Kimou Environmental Group”) and other units was grandly held in Chengdu, Sichuan. The theme of this meeting is to "promote high-quality development by grasping the new requirements of the era as well as build up a strong nation in terms of military equipment surface treatment", starting from the five major sections of aerospace, weapons, ships, nuclear power and military electronics, with a target to accurately interpret the industry's technology and development trends.

Xu Yanhui, an executive deputy general manager of Kimou Environmental Group Industrial Development Center, has led a team to attend the meeting and made a speech on "escorting the sustainable development of surface treatment enterprises by Kimou Environmental". In his speech, Mr. Xu stated that traditional surface treatment enterprises have encountered development bottlenecks in recent years. The increasing effort on industrial rectification also creates a favorable environment for the development of surface treatment enterprises. In response to the pain points caused by the development and transformation of the surface treatment industry, he proposed a solution, which is, accompanied by scientific research capabilities, the development of the surface treatment industry being promoted by Kimou Environmental. He introduced in detail the construction of overall layout and service facilities of each park under Kimou Environmental Group, which attracted great attention from representatives of participating enterprises.

During the meeting, representatives of Kimou Environmental Group carried out an in-depth exchange with representatives from various surface treatment suppliers and manufacturing enterprises in the military industry. They actively discussed the innovative development of surface treatment technology and green development ideas of military equipment manufacturing enterprises, with an aim to jointly promote the industrial structure adjustment, transformation and upgrading of the military equipment surface treatment industry as well as the realization of green and sustainable development.
