In order to implement the “Regulations on the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits” and accelerate the implementation of the "three lines and one list", on 18 March, Zhou Guoying (the deputy director of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province), Fang Pingbo (the director of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Emission Management Division), Kong Qingan (the director of the Environmental Technology Centre of Guangdong Province), Zhou Wengao (the director of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of Huizhou), Li Chuanhong (the deputy director of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of Huizhou) and other leaders visited Huizhou Longxi Eco-Plating Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the “Huizhou Park”). The relevant responsible persons of Kimou Environmental Group and Huizhou Park participated in reception.

Zhou Guoying, the deputy director, along with his delegation visited the wastewater treatment center, electroplating wastewater recycling center, underground pipe gallery, discharge outlet and industrial park enterprise in Huizhou Park, focusing on the overall construction of the park as well as the source control, collection and classification, treatment process of electroplating wastewater in the park. After that, the scientific environment and safety management of the park, the advanced wastewater treatment process and the overall environmental governance results were given full recognition.

According to Zhou Guoying, the deputy director, Huizhou Longxi Eco-Plating Industrial Park strictly implemented pollutant emission control in accordance with relevant requirements, adhered to the bottom line of environmental quality, and assisted the enterprises in the park to improve productivity, which reflected the high environmental protection awareness and social responsibility of the park.

According to Chen Xiaobin, the general manager of the Huizhou Park, the Huizhou Park will fully implement the relevant requirements of the “Regulations on the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits” and "three lines and one list", strengthen the promotion of enterprises, enhance the sense of responsibility of enterprises, implement more normalized and standardized operation and management of enterprises, and further promote the green and high-quality development of the park.
