On 21 to 22 October, the 4th institutional party branch of Huizhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau and the institutional party branch of the inclusive finance department of the Bank of China, Huizhou branch jointly organized a theme party activity in Huizhou Longxi Environmental Electroplating Industrial Park (the “Huizhou Industrial Park”) with an aim to “remember our initial mission, provide accurate services to enterprises, with the party establishment leading the pairing to promote high-quality development of enterprises”, and a government and bank cooperation service corporate activities with the theme of “easing financial difficulties and bringing in fund to the park”.

Under the “Financial Service Plan for Nurturing and Development of Strategic Industrial Cluster” policy, the aim of the activity was to help enterprises solve their practical difficulties and support the resumption of their work and production through commencement of party establishment for pairing of activities to deliver policies and services to enterprises.

During the promotion conference for inclusive financial products held on 21th day with the theme of “easing financial difficulties and bringing in fund to the park”, representatives of the Bank of China, Huizhou branch introduced the inclusive finance products which are of great variety and can be customized for enterprises. Detailed explanations and Q&A section were conducted on the personal loan and corporate loan financial products such as “chain strengthening loan”, “chain extension loan”, “chain supplement loan”, “smart loan” and “industrial park loan”. Counters were also set up in the venue to sign the letter of intent with enterprises, demonstrating that the inclusive financial services of the Bank of China meet the demand of enterprises and the market. It also achieved the purposes of the activity to provide quality and customized financial products for enterprises and practically help them solve their financial difficulties.

During the activity, representatives of the 4th institutional party branch of Huizhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau and the institutional party branch of the inclusive finance department of the Bank of China, Huizhou branch visited the showroom and party member service center in the Industrial Park. They also attend an exchange forum, during which the leaders of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau and Bank of China, Huizhou branch explained the background and purposes of the activity and acknowledged the operation condition as well as the progress of party establishment of the Huizhou Industrial Park. The leaders pointed out that communication shall be improved in the future in order to ensure that quality services are being provided by enterprises and practically promote their high quality development. General manager of the Huizhou Industrial Park, Chen Xiao Bin welcomed and appreciated the activity to be held in the Industrial Park and wished that the Industrial Park and enterprises will continue to enjoy more supportive policies and financial services in their future development, so as to support the enterprises to maintain healthy and stable growth and make valuable contribution to the domestic economic development.

The activity achieved the desired effect. Not only had it promoted the exchange of party establishment, but it also assisted enterprises to solve their practical problem, facilitating the integration of party establishment and business operation and further strengthening the communication and cooperation of the government and banks. Hence, the healthy, stable and high-quality development of the Industrial Park and enterprises enjoyed efficient protection and support.
