On 8 November 2019, Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (“Kimou Environmental Group”) and the People’s Government of Qingshen County held the signing ceremony of the Southwest Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park (“Qingshen Park”) project at International Bamboo Art Center, Qingshen County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. Each of Luo Jiaming, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Meishan City, Xiao Wei, Party Secretary of Qingshen County, Zhang Lianghong, executive director and chairman of the board of Kimou Environmental Group, and Ma Jie, Chairman of China Surface Engineering Association, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

　　　Luo Jiaming, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Meishan City, stated that “Meishan enjoys prominent advantages in traffic location, industrial base, strategic platform and humanistic ecology. The Qingshen Park project is a key project for attracting investment in Meishan this year, and is of great significance for driving the development of upstream and downstream industries, stimulating industrial upgrading and developing new growth drivers of Meishan’s economy.”

　　　According to Xiao Wei, Party Secretary of Qingshen County, “The signing of the Qingshen Park project marks a good start for cooperation and mutual benefit. The People’s Government of Qingshen County will firmly capitalise on the development opportunities and do its utmost to provide quality, efficient and convenient government services for the implementation and construction of the project.”

The construction and operation mode of the electroplating industrial parks under Kimou Environmental Group originate from Guangdong, wins cooperation in Tianjin, sets foot in Hubei and now expands into Sichuan. Kimou Environmental Group has every confidence in transforming the Southwest Surface Treatment Recycling Economy Industrial Park project into a green, recycling, economic and sustainable demonstration industrial park for surface treatment in the western region.”

　　　At the ceremony, Xu Lin, Deputy Party Secretary and Head of Qingshen County, signed the project agreement with Zhang Lianghong, executive director and chairman of the board of Kimou Environmental Group.
