In order to strengthen the communication among the parks of the Group, clarify the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” situation and tasks, and better promote the green, safe and high-quality development of the parks, five major surface treatment parks under Kimou Environmental Holding Limited held online exchange meetings with the theme of “Integration of Informatisation and Industrialisation Promotes Development, Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Transformation Brings Opportunities” on 12, 14 and 19 April.

The meetings focused on four major topics, which were “integration of informatisation and industrialisation”, “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, “safe operation” and “standardisation”, and carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions. The topic “integration of informatisation and industrialisation” focused on the construction of green and intelligent park and the sharing of experience and technology relevant to projects including park wind control centre, intelligent firefighting system and online monitoring system for wastewater and waste gas. The topic “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” focused on the interpretation and analysis of the national “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” macro policy and the relevancy of new energy vehicles and surface treatment in the context of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, as well as the discussion of ways for surface treatment parks to seize the opportunities of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, and the exchange of action initiatives regarding park constructions, photovoltaics, wastewater treatment processes, energy-saving equipment, information technology and other aspects. The topic “safe operation” focused on the discussion of the implementation path of the double prevention mechanism of risk level control and potential hazard investigation and management in surface treatment parks from the perspective of surface treatment enterprise management and services. The topic “standardisation” focused on the staring of enterprise standardisation management level for 6S work achievements and standards. The participants expressed their views freely and shared their sophisticated experience and innovative achievements, in order to jointly contribute their wisdom and strength to the green, circular and low-carbon development of the surface treatment park under the situation of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”.

Zhu Heping, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, pointed out in the concluding meeting that the Group and the parks should identify the situation accurately and make a good first move by focusing on the following “four key elements”. The first is to take the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” goal as the lead and promote the operation and management work in an integrated manner. The second is to take risk control as the top priority, build an integrated safety risk prevention and control system, create a long-term mechanism for safety production and make every effort to ensure the safe production and healthy development of the park and the enterprise. The third is to take “integration of informatisation and industrialisation” as a way to build a smart park management system and accelerate the pace of high-quality development of the park. The fourth is to take “standardisation” as the foundation, strengthen the level of fine management of the enterprise and promote the innovative and efficient development of the enterprise.
