In order to promote corporate culture and enhance team cohesion and employees’ sense of belonging, Tianjin Bingang Electroplating Enterprises Management Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Bingang Electroplating Industrial Base) organised all staff for its three-day annual tourism activity at Yesanpo, a 5A-level scenic spot in Baoding, Hebei Province, in two tours from 30 August to 1 September 2019 and from 6 to 8 September 2019, respectively.

　　　On the Xianxishan Mountain, the passionate folk dance of “Climbing the Knife Pole and Diving into the Fire Sea (上刀山、下火海)” makes visitors indulged in the rich ethnic customs. The green mountains with flowing water allows visitors to be refreshed and getting close to the nature, while boating amidst the green mountains and drifting on the green waters make people feel as if they were touring in beautiful pictures. In addition, the water gun war makes boaters fully enjoy the hearty drifting tour. The amazing folk art performances, the wishing cards full of blessings, the Kongming lanterns carrying people’s wishes, all orchestrated into the unique, lively and colourful town full of charm in the night.

　　　The three-day tour, though short, has left a wonderful memory in happy laughters. It has not only enriched the employees’ spare time, but also strengthened the cohesiveness and centripetal force of the team.
