Kimou (East China) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Kimou Environmental Holding Limited, and is the fifth surface treatment industrial park under the Group. It is located in Binjiang Town, Taixing City, and is also part of Taixing Economic Development Zone.

The industrial park spans a total planned area of approximately 560,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of about 860,000 square meters—including 710,000 square meters dedicated to factory buildings—and is designed with a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 20,000 tons. The development is being carried out in three phases, with Phase I and the first stage of Phase II already completed, providing around 300,000 square meters of high-standard factory space and 5,000 square meters of customized workshops, alongside supporting facilities such as an advanced electroplating wastewater treatment center and a risk control center. The factory buildings in Phase II's first stage will be delivered and begin operations in the first half of 2025, while the second stage is set to break ground in the latter half of the year, with completion expected by the second half of 2026.

The park is planned to be built in three phases, of which the first phase will consist of 10 factory premises with a floor area of approximately 120,000 sq.m. It also supports the construction of an electroplating wastewater treatment centre, a risk control emergency command centre, a water body wind control collection centre, an accident emergency pool, an underground comprehensive pipeline corridor and public supporting facilities such as water supply, power supply and steam supply.

The park will adhere to the concept of ecological priority and green development, and strive to build a surface treatment demonstration park in East China with advanced technology, resource conservation, recycling efficiency and good ecology. The park will leverage on the geographical centre of the Yangtze River Delta, which connects the north and south, the inland and the river and the sea, to help transform and upgrade the surface treatment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and even in East China, and to facilitate the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of the industry.
